Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PosNova, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Use of Service
PosNova provides a cloud-based POS, inventory, and eCommerce platform. You may use the service for lawful business purposes in accordance with these terms.
- You must be 18+ or have parental consent
- You are responsible for your account security
- You must not misuse or attempt to exploit the service
- One account per business entity (unless on Enterprise plan)
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into PosNova. We will never sell, share, or use your business data for purposes other than providing you the service.
Payment & Billing
Free plan users are not charged. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment.
Limitation of Liability
PosNova is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
